How do I know what size to order?

Good question.
We manufacture to Australian size standards. Find your size here and if you are in doubt, go a size up.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST

Shipping:

 Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping is a flat rate $10 for all orders under $100.

What are the postage and delivery conditions?

Bombshell Bay will dispatch your order usually within 48 business hours of receiving it providing payment has been received (please note: payment can take up to 48 hours to be processed). All orders are sent via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. If the parcel does not fit in your mail box, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery lead times vary depending on which state you live in. We are able to provide evidence of lodging your order, so should your order not arrive in the anticipated time frame, email us and let us know and we will follow it up for you.

What are the postage and delivery charges within Australia?

We have a flat rate charge of $10 for all orders under $100.

What if my delivery is late?

Bombshell Bay endeavors to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate only. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc). If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders are processed Monday/Wednesday/Friday. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us via email.

Customer Service:

What is your customer service policy?

If we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 3 working days by email or telephone.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Bombshell Bay wants you to love your new purchase. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll endeavor to fix it. We will gladly exchange or refund the original prices in accordance with the following process: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on ginny@bombshellbay.com.au and then arrange return of the item to us within 10 days of notification. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. If you wish to exchange your item, please make your request clear when contacting us. If you are exchanging sizes and don’t include the self addressed envelope, we’ll send your new swimsuit back to you “Postage On Delivery” which can be up to $50
We prefer that you supply us with an express post envelope so it can be tracked, should it go missing. If you decide to send us a regular satchel, that’s fine, although we don’t take any responsibility for it once it’s dispatched.

Sale items marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned.

What if I change my mind?

Please contact us within 7 days by emailing us on aloha@bombshellbay.com.au and we  will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:

We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item unworn, unused and un tampered in its original packaging and with all tags and hygiene labels attached. If we believe this not be be the case the item will not be refunded in full.

When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price of the item (not postage) to you via the same credit card that you paid for it . You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Bombshell Bay

Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

Where is Bombshell Bay made?

Our fabrics are sourced from Italy, our design are created in Australia and manufactured in Bali, Cambodia and Thailand. We regularly visit our manufacturing partners to ensure that all workers have safe and healthy workplaces. Our primary manufacturer offers it’s staff free housing and even has a meditation room which they use as a group on a regular basis.

Bombshell Bay also works with an NGO in Phnom Penh Cambodia to produce swimwear. The garments are made in safe, sweat shop free and FAIR TRADE conditions and provides women with skills and training.
