In my beach bag…

Hi Bombshells!

We are currently in Bali working our butts off to bring home our new collection which we are calling J E T S E T which we hope to launch on 1 September!
In between the meetings and appointments we have a little bit of down time (although not as much as we would like) so I thought I’d do a quick post on whats inside my beach bag. Since this trip is more work than pleasure, Im travelling especially light which Im actually kind of proud of! So the items in my beach bag have been VERY carefully selected!

1. Dermalogica Daily Defense Ultra Calm Tint sunscreen RRP $58.00

Last month I went to visit the lovely ladies at Dermalogica and they told me something that has changed the way I prepare for a day of sun lounging.
You see, all of that sun damage from my 20′s… its not going to show up until I’m in my 40′s (seriously, how did I not know that!?) So from that day forward I became a sunscreen addict. Dermalogica Daily Defense is not greasy like you imagine sunscreen to be and is perfect for everyday use. Its also tinted so it doubles as make up when you cant be bothered wearing make up (ie: when in hot, humid climates) WIN!

2. Lanolips 101 Ointment RRP $19.95

A great handbag all rounder. Lanolips 101 literally holds up to 200% of it’s weight in water so it gets skin hydrated and keeps it that way. Perfect for lips, hands, dry cuticles, dry, itchy skin and dry nasal passages! A saviour after flying and small enough to transport around without too much bulk. Like I said, its an all rounder and its under $20!

3. Amazon Kindle Touch RRP $189.00

I received an Amazon Touch as a gift this year from my lovely boyfriend. I have been DEVOURING books ever since. There are so many reasons to love this amazing gadget… firstly, its small and oh so light. Its much easier than lugging books around and the titles on the Amazon Kindle store are often cheaper than their hard copy counterparts (win) Also, less printed books is a much more sustainable way of consuming, so it gets a big tick from me!

4. Bombshell Bay wet swimsuit bag RRP $14.95

There is nothing worse than having a wet stinky swimsuit shoved into your bag and it making contact with all of your other “non-wet” items. The Bombshell Bay wet swimsuit bag is big enough to fit more than 1 swimsuit so you will have everyone covered. Great for those who use the pool before work and for those lucky enough to squeeze in a last minute dip before your flight departs!

5. Bombshell Bay Turkish Bath Towel in “Baja” RRP $45.00

From our latest collection these towels are MAGIC! Firstly they are light, so light! They are amazingly absorbent and best of all they dry FAST, really, really, FAST. Made from 100% cotton using vegetable dyes and using traditional hand looming techniques these towels are the ultimate beach accessory this summer. We have hand picked our range which we have named after famous beach towns (my personal favourite is Baja) Perfect for guys and girls these towels can also double up as a sarong.

6. Le Tan Coconut Sunscreen Lotion SPF3o+  RRP $20.95

Slip, slop, slap. Love the scent of this Le Tan sunscreen… it smells like a holiday (even if you aren’t on one!)
