What is your returns and exchange policy?
Bombshell Bay wants you to love your new purchase. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll endeavor to fix it. We will gladly exchange or refund the original prices in accordance with the following process: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on email@example.com and then arrange return of the item to us within 10 days of notification. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. If you wish to exchange your item, please make your request clear when contacting us. If you are exchanging sizes and don't include the self addressed envelope, we'll send your new swimsuit back to you "Postage On Delivery" which can be up to $20
We prefer that you supply us with an express post envelope so it can be tracked, should it go missing. If you decide to send us a regular satchel, that’s fine, although we don’t take any responsibility for it once it’s dispatched.
What if I change my mind?
Please contact us within 7 days by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
